What documents do I need for a self-drive rental?

A valid driving licence and one government photo ID (Aadhaar/passport). You can upload them from your account before pickup to speed up handover.

How is the rental priced?

You pay a per-day rate with a free-kilometre allowance per day. Extra kilometres are charged at the car's per-km rate. Outstation trips add a small daily surcharge. A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup.

When do I get my security deposit back?

After the car is returned and the return inspection is done. Any approved damage, fuel shortfall or extra-km charges are deducted and the balance is refunded, usually the same day.

Can I hire a car with a driver?

Yes. Choose the chauffeur option while booking and a driver is assigned to your trip for a per-day charge.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel from your account up to the cancellation window before pickup. The car is released for others as soon as you cancel.
